3 Idiots

I managed to watch this movie today.
Not in teh cinema but only here..(right in front of television)
At channel fiesta ASTRO..hehe

Great movies are like my favourite burgers..

Or like a glass of honeydew at the Coolblog..haha 
We all would have seen “3 Idiots”.
So, I am not going to ask you that. haha..

This movie presents so many funny moments,
Brings back the old memories,
Shows us that friends are for life,
and reminds us the importance of EXELLENCY.


Life’s lessons from 3 Idiots:
1. Never try to be successful, pursue excellence

• Success is the result
• Excellence always creates success & it is a process of continual improvement
• Never run after success
• Let it happen automatically in life.

2. Freedom to Life

• Don’t die before the actual death
• Live to the fullest as if today is the last day
• Life is gifted to humankind to live
• Live happily towards happiness

3. Passion leads to Excellence

• When your hobby becomes your profession, the passion becomes your profession
• You will be able to lead up to excellence in life
• Satisfaction, Joy, Pleasure & Love will be the outcome of the passion

• Teachers do fail, Learners never fail

5. Pressure at head

• Current education system is developing pressure on students head
• University intelligence is making some impact in the life , but it cannot be at the price of life

• Memory and regular study have definite value and it always helps you in leading a life.
• You are able to survive even if you can make some mark in the path of the life.
• With artificial intelligence, you can survive & win but you cannot prove yourself genius.
• Therefore, in this process genius dies in you

• Necessity creates pressure and forces you to invent something or to use your potentiality.

8. Simplicity in life

• Life is need base never want base. Desires have no ends.
• Simplicity is way of life and Indian culture highly stresses on simple living and high thinking, and this is the way of life: ‘Legs down to earth and eyes looking beyond the sky’

9. Industrial Leadership

• Dean of the institute in 3 idiots is showing very typical leadership. He has his own principles, values and ideology, and he leads the whole institute accordingly.
• This is an example of current institutional leadership. In the present scenario, most of the institutes are 'squarish thinking '

10. Love is time & space free

• Trust your partner
• Love is not time bound and space bound.
• Love is border free, time free, unconditional and space free.

11. Importance of words in communication

• If communication dies, everything dies.
• Each word has impact and value in communication.
• One word if used wrongly or paused at a wrong place in communication.

12. Mediocrity is penalized

• Middle class family is going to suffer and has to pay maximum price in the life if they do not upgrade their living standards.
• To be born poor or as an average person is not a crime but to die as an average person with middle class talent is miserable and if you are unable to optimize your potentiality and die with unused potentiality then that is your shameful truth.
• One should bring out genius inside him/her and has to use his/her potentiality to the optimum level.

As for me, number 5 has its own beauty..
Guess why?
Because I'm gonna be form 5..hehe

What a big relief to know that my classroom teacher..
Is a man and not women after almost 4 years before..
Alhamdulillah,he is Sir Zainal Abidin Hassan a.k.a Za'aba..
He's gonna be my Bahasa Malaysia's teacher..
Also my debate fascilitator..Insya-Allah..

Me: What for?
Friend: HAHA! It's diagnostic tomorrow..
Me: Oh no! Books,notes,..List of formulae..??
Friend: It's all here..I mean,,LIBRARY..hehe
Me: May I copy from you? I don't have time..please..

Me: What's all these?I could not remember..
Friend: Are you joking? We have learnt these last year..
Me: OMG! HAHA! I'm joking..(Maybe)

Enough here..It should not be worst like this..
I just said,it's imagination..haha
I'm scared to do those things..
So, all I need is CHANGE!
For this damn so freaking year..huhu

Family,Friends,Teachers..

Of course,my creator..ALLAHURABBI..






And put my 200% efforts towards 9A+ in SPM..

Qualities of Wonderful Leaders

Definition:

A person who leads a group of people, especially the head of a country, an organization, etc.‏

To be a wonderful leader, one should possess combinations of some of the following qualities:

1) Leaders Have Good Communication Skills

    Communication process is not complete until the audience has both listened and

understood the delivered message.

    Leaders learn how to suck up their courage, trust their instincts, and

move ahead into the unknown, even when they're just as scared as their followers.

It's already 2 weeks ago..

I feel better now..

To face the fact that we lose..huhu

In Sony Nature Camp 2010..

It's time for photography..Yeah!

On 10th December,

'We',Valiant Shutter (VS) was given golden chances..

As one of the representatives from Johor.

Met another representative from SMK Tenggaroh A..

At right ..Remy and Dayat

This is Daya..

At the right one, Sir Kamarul..

They were very funny..hehe

Reached KL Sentral about 4.15 am..

Had to wait outside because its operational time was 5.00 am.

It's okay and we had chatting and laughing together..

We also managed to online facebook for a while..

It's time to add Daya and others..

Prepare to perform Subuh prayer there..

Then,we had to wait there until 8.00 am.

From silent to loud..

People came and it was getting more and more crowded..

Around 8.30 am. ,we met other competitors yet started our journey..

School bus?haha..

Yup! Another school bus..Two buses had been chartered..

What a long journey to Perak..

Eating,drinking and sleeping along the journey..

We spent time to read Digital SLR magazines too..

Sir Razak also asked us about the rules in the photos we looked at..

Reached Adeline's Rest House with lorry..

(Technical problem with the date..haha..)

Very challenging..huhu..

We was given short briefing yet they gave us dorm to stay..

Food was prepared deliciously there..

The most special activity was, washing dishes..

We had to do it by our own..It's like living in hostel..haha..

Proceed to the activities as what written in the schedule..

I had problem in communications with them..
As they speak in english fluently..huhu

Guide this and that..

In a blink of and eye,

It's just saturday..(11th December).

Went to our foster family's house..(Apak Aden Kirip)

Introduced with them..

Took pictures and ate there..(Yum..yum..)

At Rafflesia's Hall,

VS was asked to join the Sewang..

A traditional dance of Semai people..

Hu.ha..hu..ha..(My face was getting in red..even Ayu and Nana too..)

Whatever..

Returned to main location..

Prepared for presentation about 5 hours there..

Generating the ideas was like generating the electricity in a jungle..

Maybe..

So hard and sometimes cannot..

We even did not eat dinner..

But,our presentations was like %$#@! ..

I felt so sad..and I could see..

Sir Razak was disappointed with our perfomance that night..

I knew,it was not the best from us..

But,at least..We had try to do the best..

On 12th December,

We took pictures in a crowded scene..

Could you ever been in a Tuna's can?? haha..

But,it's fun actually..

Also a memory for all of us..

Next,we had closing session..

Met our foster mom,Amek Wayus..

We had lunch together at Adeline's Villa..

Last moment with Asri..

Finished packing,we got into the lorry..

Then,took a bus back to KL Sentral..

Gone back to Johor with another bus..
It was chartered by Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri Johor..(JPNJ)..
We called it 'Bas Kenit' hehe..

As usual,talking,eating,drinking and sleeping..

Not to forget was watching movies..(MANTERA)

Our parents had waited at school to fetch us..

Went home about 11.30 pm..

That's the end..hehe

The lessons I have learnt is that,

1) Be a punctual person.

2)Always repair the broken english..haha..
3)Teamwork is the key to success.

4)To succeed,all we need is SACRIFICES..

It was a year after my batch 94 degrees..
It's now their turn..Batch 95..
Opps!! I mean,,our super batch of Gading..
42 students got straight A's..
Yeah,,congratz to all of you..Alhamdulillah..
You had bring up Gading into 3rd ranking of Batu Pahat..
It's a good job..!! Congratz!!

But why do i feel here??
Inside my heart..there's a strange feels..
Kind of jealous maybe..
I hope it was a proud feeling..
So strange..
Maybe it was me..
Too proud of my batch..
Until I can't face this reality..
That 95 is better than 94..

Hmm..My last chance..in SPM 2011..
Gonna give my very best for it..
Insya-Allah..Pray for me okay..
To all my 94 degrees friends,,
Let's wake up..!!
2011 is coming..last chance for us..

Whatever it takes,
Let me say this..
I love Gading forever..
My world after my home..hehe
